| 摘 要： | 武术教学是普通高校体育教育中的学科之一，针对普通院校武术教学所面临的课时少、内容多、学生普遍基础差的困难，本文运用运动生理学、运动训练学等方面的有关知识对武术教学中的教学顺序以及教学中所出现的问题提出了一些见解及建议，旨在为武术教学提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | As is well-known to all, Wushu teaching is one of the subjects on physical education in universities and colleges. Be aimed at the present difficulties of less lessons, more contents and poorer bases in normal students on wushu teaching in universities and colleges, And in order to provide reference basis for wushu teaching, I put forward some new ideas and suggestions about teaching order and the present problems in wushu teaehing, with the interrelated knowledge about sports physiology, sports training etc. |
