| Abstract: | Calisthenics is a physical exercise,also a social culture,a culture of "beauty",a culture that varies with people.It is a perfect combination of "vigor","strength","dance","rhythm" and "beauty".Calisthenics should be taught in a cultural form of "beauty",and the process of teaching and learning should be innovated and inherited culturally. |
