| Abstract: | In this article we gave out a kind of very effective training means on the application of the idea sense for Wushu sports man to com- plete the named action with high-difficulty.On the condition of devoting being hurt or reducing it,the sports man is asked to grasp the tech- nology of the Named Action as soon as possible. |
