| 摘 要： | 随着中国的入世，外资银行登陆我国的速度明显加快，这不仅将导致我国银行优质客户、业务量和人才的大量流失，而且对我国的银行制度及金融监管和金融宏观调控带来冲击和挑战。为此，中国银行业必须寻求发展对策：健全商业银行体系、拓展和创新银行业务、健全金融法规和金融监管体系。

| Abstract: | Along with China join the WTO, foreign banks speed up to set up their branches in China. This not only leads to the loss of good clients, business deals amounts and talents, but also brings us huge impulse and challenge, especially to bank system and financial supervision and macro-control. How to deal with the impulse and challenge is a problem that we must research into and treat seriously. |
