| 摘 要： | 突发事件应急管理是当前高校管理的一个重要方面，为进一步提高和完善高校应急管理的水平，对高校应急管理执行能力的量化评价就显得非常重要。首先分析了高校突发事件应急管理执行能力评价的重要性；然后在模糊评价方法的基础上，提出了基于专家群评价的模糊综合评价方法，通过校正一补偿评价法把专家对高校突发事件应急管理执行能力的评价和对专家评价水平的评价综合起来，最后通过实例说明了这种方法在高校突发事件应急管理执行能力中的具体应用，并对结果进行了分析和讨论。为量化评价高校突发事件应急管理能力提供了一种思路和方法。

| Abstract: | The emergency management of unexpected accidents is an important aspect of universities management at present. The quantificational evaluation of emergency management executive capability becomes very important for fnrther improving management level of emergency management of universities. In this paper, firstly the importance of evaluation of emergency management executive capability of the unexpected accidents in the universities is analyzed; and then based on the fuzzy evaluation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on expert group evaluation is brought forward, in which executive capability evaluation method; finally ＇s evaluation and experts＇ evaluation is integrated by revision compensate the specific appliance of this method on emergency management of the unexpected accidents in universities is demonstrated, and result is discussed. A method is provided for quantificational evaluation of emergency management capability of the unexpected accidents in universities. |
