| 摘 要： | 排球是高校中普及的体育教学项目,由于排球运动的专业性较高,运动损伤较常见。为充分了解学生的排球运动损伤情况,对自治区东部的四所高校的学生进行调查,指出存在运动损伤的原因,提出预防和解决的办法,进而促进排球运动在高校体育的不断普及与发展。

| Abstract: | Volleyball is popular among students in colleges. However, injuries in volleyball sports are common because of the high professional skills. In this paper,the author discusses injuries of volleyball sports and does a survey among students in four colleges in the east of Inner Mongolia. Meanwhile, the paper points out some reasons to cause injuries of volleyball and puts forward some ways to prevent so as to promote the development of volleyball in colleges. |
