| 摘 要： | 通过科技成果奖励活动,为北方重工集团公司实现快速发展,打造兵器工业一流的武器装备制造集团和国家装备制造业基地提供了强有力的人才支持。结合工作实际,分析集团公司科技成果申报材料存在的问题,指出应重视申报材料的形式审查、事关项目材料的完整性、正确性等方面予以加强,可以达到提高申报成功率的目的。

| Abstract: | The activity of awarding the scientific and technological achievement speeds up the development of Heavy Indus- tries Group Corp. LTD and offers talents for the corporation to be the first - class weapon and equipment manufacturing group and the basis of national equipment manufacturing industry. Combining with the daily work, the author analyzes some problems existing in materials of the scientific and technological achievement application and points out that improving the success rate of the application can be got by emphasizing the formal examination and the integrity and correctness of the materials. |
