| 摘 要： | 通过对高职学生职业核心能力发展状况的学生调查、教师调查和企业调查,分析高职学生职业核心能力发展存在的"教育培养的重视程度不够"、"教师本身不完全具备培养学生的素质"、"对职业核心能力培养的相关问题了解甚少"、"客观条件匮乏"等问题。同时提出"建立合理有效的职业核心能力开发体系"、"为职业核心能力培训提供有利条件"、"努力搭建职业核心能力教育发展平台"等对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the vocational core competence among vocational college students, teachers and en- terprises, the article analyzes the problems such as less importance on the education, poor quality of teachers to train students, less information on the training of vocational core competence and lack of objective conditions. Meanwhile, it puts forward some suggestions on how to construct effective vocational core competence system, offer good conditions for the training of vocational core competence and build the platform for the development of vocational core competence education. |
