| 摘 要： | 经过50多年的实践,人们认识到高校辅导员要走专业化、职业化之路。辅导员的专业兼有思想政治教育和社会工作两个专业属性。辅导员是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,是大学生的人生导师,是大学生健康成长的知心朋友。辅导员在外界为其搭建的多个专业平台上,将向专家学者型方向发展。职业准入机制建立、职业进一步细化、职业培养力度加大和职业评价考核更加科学等是辅导员职业化发展的趋势。未来长期从事辅导员工作的人数将愈来愈多。

| Abstract: | People have realized that the P.C.should be specialized and professionalized after fifty years' practice.The P.C.has two specialty attributes of political education and social work.The P.C.is the organizer,executor and instructor of the political education and management work in college students' daily life.The P.C.is also the life teacher of college students,the bosom friend of college students' healthy growth.On the professional platforms which are built by the outside,the P.C.will develop towards the style of experts and scholars.The establishment of access mechanism,the further specialization,the strengthening of training and the scientization of the evaluation are the trends of the development of the P.C.The population of the group of the P.C.will be larger and larger in the future. |
