忠诚营销:企业须忠诚于顾客

摘    要:企业在千方百计地培育忠诚顾客,但是他们却对顾客做出许多不忠诚的行为。其实企业与顾客的忠诚是双向的,只有首先企业对顾客忠诚,才能赢得顾客对企业的忠诚。企业必须以自己的忠诚换顾客的忠诚。

Abstract:The enterprise always try to cultivate the loyal customer by any possible means, but they actually make many deceptive behaviors to the customer. Actually the enterprises and the customer's loyal are mutually, only the enterprise firstly to be loyal to the customer, can it win the customer's loyalty. The enterprise must use its own loyally trade customer's loyalty.
