| 摘 要： | 新闻发言人制度存在的必要性自不待言,要谨防曲解“新闻发言人制度”。为了在危机管理中构筑政府、媒体和公众三角互动信息平台,危机传播中新闻发言人应专业化;对外传播的种种经验与教训都表明:新闻发言人专业化是全球传播时代的必然要求,我国对外传播的策略亟待创新,充分意识到新闻发言人不是人,而是一种制度。要切实提高新闻发言人综合素质,促进危机情境中有效的风险沟通。

| Abstract: | Undoubtedly,the system of news spokesmen is very important in present times.We should avoid mistakenly understand the system.To form a mix of government,media and the public in the management of crisis,the spokesmen need to be specialized.The various experience and lessons gained through the external propaganda reveal that: the specialization of news spokesmen is the requirement of the times,the strategies of external propaganda need innovation and news spokesmen are not human beings but a kind of system.The comprehensive qualities of news spokesmen should be improved. |
