摘    要:从长沙市人口基本情况分析入手,推及人力资源的数量及其质量构成,并结合北京、上海等城市的相关情况,找出目前长沙市人力资源队伍存在的不足.希望从实践上给长沙市政府部门提供一些决策的参考依据,搞好人力资源管理的研究。

Abstract:The 21st century is the new century of human resource economy.Different countries in the world are all actively undertaking the strategy of Talented People Can Strengthen the Country.The contest for talented persons is becoming acutely in the internal or external.In view of this,the article begins with the population analysis in Changsha,then spreads its quantity and quality of human resources.So it can find the defects about present human resource troops by comparing with Beijing,Shanghai,etc.The author hopes this essay can provide some references to Changsha government.And the local officials can do well in studying human resource management.
