| Abstract: | The 21st century is the new century of human resource economy.Different countries in the world are all actively undertaking the strategy of Talented People Can Strengthen the Country.The contest for talented persons is becoming acutely in the internal or external.In view of this,the article begins with the population analysis in Changsha,then spreads its quantity and quality of human resources.So it can find the defects about present human resource troops by comparing with Beijing,Shanghai,etc.The author hopes this essay can provide some references to Changsha government.And the local officials can do well in studying human resource management. |
