| 摘 要： | 本文从产业发展与社会进步的角度分析了高等工程教育官产学研结合的利益驱动机制,设计了广东省高等工程教育官产学研结合体系的两个阶段,分别是产业宏观分析与规划阶段和官产学研结合具体实施阶段。构建了两个阶段的不同运行模式:第一阶段可借鉴技术路线图模式来进行操作;第二阶段可采用政府科技专项、卓越工程师计划等模式来组织实施。
