| Abstract: | Education base outside of college campus is an important talents with practical experience; and also a joint of two - way choice for part of higher vocational education to raise graduate students employment. It is an important way to put theories into practice and enhance comprehensive quality of the graduates It is vital for the development of education base outside college to establish and improve management system and update concepts. |
