| 摘 要： | 校企合作教育是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的运行机制，学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养过程，利用学校和企业的共同资源，来培养适合不同用人单位需要的应用型人才的教学模式。高职院校在校企合作中，要搭建科技服务平台，成立专业建设指导委员会，建立校企联合教学模式，建立校内外实训基地，开展“订单”式培养，多管齐下，才能更好的开展校企合作。
