| 摘 要： | 实用主义哲学是20世纪初一场世界性的哲学运动，它的影响力穿透了美国，漫卷了世界。实用主义教育哲学的基本思想是；立足于现实生活；终极价值是实现个体和人类的福祉：检验标准是最终效用。而这三个方面都是现代大学办学特色的思想根源。

On the source of School-running Characteristic of modern university in the view of pragmatism educational philosophy |

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 20^th centuries the pragmatism philosophy it influenced deeply the United States, even all over the earth. The basic thought and idea of pragmatism educational philosophy main include the following three aspects： foothold in the reality： the ultimate value of the mankind＇ s welfare： the examining criterion of final effect. All these three aspects are the thought and idea source of School-running Chracte ristic of modern university. |
