| 摘 要： | 在回顾知识管理各种不同观点的基础上，尝试从核心竞争力的角度解析知识管理的内涵和作用，同时进一步提出知识管理系统模型，指出知识管理系统是由价值活动和支撑活动构成的动态复杂系统，企业持续竞争优势源于知识以及创造知识的能力，知识管理系统的运行效率决定了企业核心竞争力，并详细分析了知识管理过程中的活动要素。

| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing all kinds of different points of knowledge management theories,this article tries to interpret the meaning and function of knowledge management from aspect of core competitive,and then puts forward knowledge management system model,points out that knowledge management system is a dynamic and complex system composed of value activities and sustaining activities,and enterprise sustained competitive advantage results from knowledge and capacity of creating knowledge,the efficiency of knowledge management system operation determines core competitive of enterprise,then analyzes activity factors of knowledge management in detail. |
