微波消解-等离子体发射光谱法同时测定巢湖水体中的Cu、Mn、Pb、Cd、Zn

摘    要:采用微波消解-等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定巢湖水体中的Cu、Mn、Pb、Cd、Zn.在逐级升压模式下,用HNO3和H2O2混合体系进行样品消解;优选出发射光谱仪的工作条件和待测元素的分析谱线,并讨论可能存在的干扰.实验结果表明,该法的检出限为0.2~3.5μg/L,RSD为0.75%~1.83%,加标回收率为97.4%~100.7%,结果令人满意.

Abstract:Copper,Manganese,Lead,Cadmium,Zinc in the water sample of ChaoHu Lake were simultaneously analyzed by microwave digestion coupled with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Microwave digestion of samples was done by mixed system composed of nitric acid and hydro peroxide under the step-by-step lifting pressure mode.The analytical conditions were optimized and the best spectrum lines were selected.The interference among elements that potentially existed in the determination process...
