二元与一元运动训练理论辨析

摘    要:通过对二元与一元训练理论的分析认为,两种理论构建基础以及产生分歧的主要原因是对体能与技术关系的认识问题,特别是对早期训练专项化及专项化过程中体能与技术相互转化关系的认识。运动训练最终目的是发展竞技能力、提高专项运动成绩,体能与技术是专项竞技能力结构中的重要组成部分,体能与技术的高度统一是发展专项竞技能力的重要途径,而早期专项化训练过程中体能与技术的相互转化才是专项竞技运动能力发展的关键。两种"理论"在指导具体的训练实践方面应是相辅相成的关系。

Abstract:By analyzing dualistic and monistic sports training theories,the authors drew the following conclusions: The foundation for the establishment of the two theories and the main causes for their discrepancy are about the is-sue of understanding the relation between physical energy and technology,especially understanding the relation of mutual transformation between physical energy and technology in the process of early event specific training;the ultimate goal of sports training is to develop competitive capacity,and to enhance specific event performance;physical energy and technology are the important constituent parts in the structure of event specific competitive ca-pacity;high level unification of physical energy and technology is an important way to develop even specific com-petitive capacity,while the mutual transformation between physical energy and skill in the process of early even specific training is the key to the development of even specific competitive sports capacity;the two "theories" should supplement each other in guiding specific training practice.
