| 摘 要： | 高等教育人力资源开发不是高等教育本身的自我发展状态,它对其人力资源的开发数量、质量、结构、速度等方面均有着客观的规定性,这就要求在开发中遵循其中的制约因素,把握住开发的尺寸和原则,兼顾未来发展需要,立足现实效用,实现人力资源开发效用最大化.
