| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化背景下，新建本科院校应以科学发展观为指导，加强师资队伍建设。本文分析了新建本科院校师资队伍的现状及存在问题，提出了加强师资队伍建设的对策。

| Abstract: | With the background of mass higher education,the newly-established university should adopt the scientific development concept as the guidance,strengthening the building of university faculty. This paper analyzed the major problems existing in the faculty of the newly-established university and put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the building of the faculty. |
