| Abstract: | Henan which has the resources of sincere history and culture, must establish the scientific strategy of culture development and vigorously develop the modern culture in the process which realizing the grand goal of the rising of the Central Area.The rising of the culture of Henan is the comprehensive rise which includes the rise of economy,politics and culture.And the culture is "the soft strength" which impetus the rising of the Central Area. |
