| 摘 要： | 资源委员会是南京国民政府主管重工业的主要机构,在其领导层和管理层中有留学经历的人员占绝对优势。以翁文灏为首的留学归国人员凭借资源委员会这一平台,为战时经济建设尤其是重工业的快速发展作出了开创性贡献。他们齐心协力,千辛万苦,完成了沿海工矿企业的内迁,不仅保证了抗战物资的持久供给,而且彻底改变了中国不合理的工业格局。更为重要的是,他们运用先进的知识和经验,重视对钨锑、石油等重要战略资源的开发和利用,加强电力等基础工业的发展,促进了西南地区的经济建设,基本勾勒出中国工业的现代化框架。

| Abstract: | The resources commission is in charge of heavy industry of Nanjing national government before the anti-Japanese war.Majority of the leadership have an experience of studying overseas,with Weng Wenhao as an example.They make great contributions to the wartime economic construction,in particular,the heavy industry.A large number of coastal industrial and mining enterprises are moved inland,to ensure a lasting supply of war fares and change the Chinese industrial structures.More important,with advanced knowledge,they develop tungsten,antimony,petroleum,electric power,strategic materials and framework of Chinese modern industry. |
