| 摘 要： | 坚持党的领导,人民当家做主和依法治国的有机统一,是对中国特色社会主义民主政治发展基本规律的深刻揭示,也是对中国特色社会主义民主政治发展道路的科学总结。党的领导是人民当家做主和依法治国的根本保证,人民当家做主是社会主义民主政治的本质要求,依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略。深刻认识和把握这三者之间的有机统一性,就抓住了发展中国特色社会主义民主政治的根本和关键。
