| 摘 要： | 单一的外语人才已经不能满足现代社会的需求,社会更需要具有良好的综合素质、扎实的外语基本功、过硬的专业知识及跨文化交际能力的应用型外语人才。文章通过对西班牙语专业学生就业去向和就业现状的调查,制定应用型西班牙语人才培养方案,并通过与国外合作院校深层次的合作办学、建立实习基地等达到人才培养的目标。

| Abstract: | Single foreign language talents can no longer meet the needs of modern society for the society needs application-oriented foreign language talents with good comprehensive quality,solid basic foreign language skills,excellent professional knowledge and intercultural communication ability.This paper investigates the employment trend and current employment situation of graduates of Spanish major and makes a cultivation plan for application-oriented Spanish talents so as to achieve the goal of talent cultivation by deeply cooperating with foreign cooperative universities and establishing internship bases. |
