摘    要:每一次新技术引发的工业革命,不但会带来社会和经济体系的结构性变化,也会激发出适应各社会发展阶段的新的智力形式。随着全球化发展和数字技术的渗透,个体间联系变得越来越紧密,数字智商(Digital Intelligence Quotient,DQ)成为个人成功和社会福祉的关键。数字智商是一系列综合技术、认知、元认知和社会情感的复杂能力,是建立在道德价值观基础上、使个人能够面对数字生活的挑战并适应其需求的一种能力素养的表征,涵盖数字公民、数字创造者和数字竞争者三个层次,涉及数字身份、数字使用、数字安全、数字保护、数字情商、数字交流、数字素养和数字权利八大领域24项能力。目前国际上有关数字智商尤其是青少年数字智商的研究刚刚起步,系统的数字智商教育与测评体系并不多见。DQ World是一个已获得联合国教科文组织两个奖项认可的在线教育平台。它通过学习模块、反馈模块、防范模块和保护模块四个环节形成链条来帮助儿童发展数字智商、规避网络风险,其系统架构设计值得我们借鉴。为推动数字智商教育的本土化实施、促进学生数字化成长,我国应注重发展基于数字智商的核心素养、开发适应我国国情的数字智商测评指标、促进数字智商与学科教学融合。

Abstract:Every industrial revolution triggered by new technology will not only bring about structural changes in social and economic systems,but also arouse the new formation of intelligence which adapts to each stage of social development.With the development of globalization and infiltration of digital technology,the relationship between individuals has become more and more close.Digital Intelligence Quotient(DQ)has become the key to personal success and social well-being.DQ is a set of complex competence synthesizing technology,cognition,metacognition and social-emotional competence,which is built on the basis of moral values.It covers three levels:Digital Citizen,Digital Creativity and Digital Competitiveness,and involves individuals’24 abilities of 8 areas(8 areas:Digital Identity;Digital Use;Digital Safety;Digital Security;Digital Emotional Intelligence;Digital Communication,Digital Literacy;Digital Rights).At present,the international research on DQ,especially teenagers’DQ,has just begun,and the systematic DQ education and relative evaluation system is rare.DQ World is an online educational platform which has been recognized by two UNESCO awards.It works through four sections,that is,“Learning”,“Feedback”,“Precaution”and“Protection”,to help children develop their DQ and avoid cyber risks.The design of its whole architecture merits our attention.For the sake of accelerating the localization of DQ education and facilitating students’digital growth,our country should focus on the development of core literacy under DQ education,develop adaptive DQ evaluation indicator system and promote the integration of DQ education and subject teaching.
