| 摘 要： | 一些初中寄宿生存在着不正确的行为习惯、不良的性格爱好甚至不健康的生活情趣,这无疑给寄宿生管理工作带来了很大的挑战。这就需要寄宿生管理人员要不断探索、分析,找出有效的管理办法,促进寄宿生健康成长。文章分析目前我国初中寄宿生生活管理面临的主要问题,并对初中寄宿生生活管理的有效措施进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Some middle school boarders have improper behavior habits, bad character hobbies and even unhealthy life interests, which undoubtedly brings great challenges to the management of boarders and requires boarder management personnel to constantly explore, analyze, and find out effective management methods to promote the healthy growth of boarders.This paper analyzes the main problems in the life management of junior middle school boarders in China, and probes into the effective measures of life management of junior middle school boarders. |
