| 摘 要： | 从资源约束和现状浪费，强调中国提倡节约的必要性；节约的目标是增产增效、促进农业可持续发展；评价其是否属于节约型主要看它与区域资源组合的吻合度和结构的关联度、协调性；把树立节约意识、面向国土资源、发展农业生态工程和依靠科技进步作为结构建设的四大举措。

| Abstract: | Considering the limitation and waste usage of resources in both production and consumption,this paper stresses on the necessity for the consumption of the resources saving structure in order to improve outputs and profiles of China's agricultural production.The development of regional coordination,rational structure,saving conception and sustainable ecological engineering functions as the determining factors for building up such a resources saving structure. |
