| 摘 要： | 食用植物油资源除包括作物油料资源外，还包括木本植物油资源。中国植物油资源丰富，但由于开发利用的广度和深度不够，油料和油脂供需缺口较大，只能靠进口来解决。要实现中国油料及食用油脂的有效供给，必须大力发展中国的油料作物生产，特别是大豆的生产，并且积极开发新的植物油资源。近期内要在适度进口油料的同时，严格控制食用油脂的进口量。

| Abstract: | Edible vegoil resources include woody plant vegoil resource besides crop oil resource. Vegoil resources in China are very rich but so far they have been inadequately exploited and utilized both in terms of quality and quantity. Since difference of production and demand between oilseeds and oil is very big, importation have to be depended upon as a solution. In order to achieve effective supply of oilseeds and oil in China, energetic efforts should be made to develop oil crop production, especially soybean, and new vegoil resources must be exploited and utilized. In the near future, oilseeds will be imported moderately while oilseed importation must be controlled. |
