| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外相关的公共服务、体育公共服务资料的研究,依据公共服务理论的基本原理、层次分析法等,探索顾客价值理论,构建了地方政府体育公共服务质量评价体系,以此为基础,通过对样本地方政府的数据收集、加工、分析等,得出相关结论。结果表明：基于公民价值的地方政府体育公共服务质量评价,既有利于形成体育公共服务导向的政府绩效评估模式,从而建立体育公共服务质量持续提升的长效保证机制,又可以帮助各级政府真正理解公民的价值需求,以便更有针对性地提供体育公共服务,从根本上推动我国服务型政府建设。

| Abstract: | Through researching of the related Data,domestic and foreign,on public sports services,and information of public services the paper formulates the local government public service quality evaluation system for sports,according to the basic theory of public services,such as AHP,to explore the theory of customer value.Through data collection,processing and analysis of the samples of the local government,the paper draws relevant conclusions.The theoretical analysis and empirical evaluation results showed,the quality evaluation of public sports service by local government based on civic values is conducive to the formation of a government public sports service-oriented performance evaluation model,and thus establishes the long-term assurance mechanism ofcontinuous promotion of the qualities of public sports services.In the meanwhile,it can help all levels of governments to fully understand the value demands of citizens,so as to provide more targeted public sports services,and fundamentally promote the construction of service-oriented government. |
