| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育从精英教育向大众教育转变,毕业分配制度出现根本性变革,大学生面临的问题越来越多,压力愈来愈大,各种心理疾病呈现大幅攀升趋势。针对这一现状,文章认为:解决问题的最理想途径是大学生心理健康教育工作法制化。惟有法制化,才能让大学生心理健康教育受到应有的重视,从而实现心理健康教育工作的规范化、科学化和经常化;只有"三化"的到来,大学生心理健康权才能得到最大程度地保护,构建和谐社会和创新型国家所需的健康心理资源才有保障。

| Abstract: | With the higher education changing from elite education to mass education,graduate allotting system begins to change radically.The undergraduates have to face more problems and higher pressures,and then the ascent of mental diseases appear.Aim at this situation,the article point out that the best way to solve these problems is to legislate the mental health education.Only legislation can make the mental health education of undergraduates attract deserved attentions,and then make mental health education standardization,rationalization and regularity.With these goals fulfilled,mental health rights of undergraduates can be protected to the greatest degree,the mental resource of constructing harmonious society and innovating country can be ensured. |
