摘    要:园本教研对教师专业未来发展及专业成长具有重要意义,具有明显的灵活可操作及针对性特征,是幼儿园教研活动的主要形式。但当前的幼儿园园本教研活动仍存在诸多缺陷,随着时代的发展需求,为推动与有效实施园本教研活动,管理者在注重其活动质量的同时,还应立足于幼儿园的实际发展情况,在此基础上体现教师参与园本教研的主体意识,在自主学习、团队发展中完善自身的专业素质,并不断累积园本教研活动实践经验,在实践中改进、在认知中确立发展理念,有的放矢,促进幼儿园、教师及幼儿的综合发展。

Abstract:The kindergarten based teaching and research is of great significance to the future development and professional growth of teachers.It has obvious flexible operation and specific characteristics,which is the main form of kindergarten teaching and research activities.However,there are still many defects in the current kindergarten teaching and research activities.With the development needs of the times,in order to promote and effectively implement the kindergarten based teaching and research activities,the managers should pay attention to the quality of their activities,and should be based on the actual development of the kindergarten.On this basis,the main consciousness of the teacher's participation in the kindergarten based teaching and research should be embodied.Self-study,team development to improve their own professional quality,and constantly accumulate the practice experience of kindergarten based teaching and research activities,in practice to improve and establish the concept of development in cognition,to promote the comprehensive development of kindergartens,teachers and children.
