| 摘 要： | 特色城市是在经济、社会的历史演变过程中逐渐形成和发展起来的。城市特色蕴于多种多样的内容与形式中,有历史的、传统的特色,有民族的、地方的特色,有新兴的、时代的特色,有景观、环境的特色,也有产业的、功能的特色等。构建特色城市应坚持高标准规划,避免"克隆"现象;城市规划建设应结合地形和城市性质加大历史文化名城保护力度;加强个性化基础设施和公共服务设施建设;塑造丰富的城市特色人性。
