| Abstract: | This paper measures and reflects on the "crisis of enrollment" of private higher educational institutions (HEIs) from the perspective of the non-equilibrium auto-organization theory,pointing out that the crisis of enrollment is a process and inducement for progress of higher educational institutions.By analyzing the inducement exerted from the crisis of enrollment of private HEIs,this paper initiates the mechanism of promoting its reform and progression,and advocates the countermeasures for dealing with this kind of situation on how to enhance crisis administration and how to promote the ability to cope with the crisis. |
