摘    要:阅读能力是阅读者进行读物阅读时表现出来的心理特征和行为特征。阅读能力的培养,不仅对个体发展而且对国家进步都具有重要意义。作为一种综合运用的能力,阅读能力由相关要素组成,体现出一定的水平层次的要求。阅读能力的评价指标应是学生表现出来的外显的、可观察的学习表现,是具体、明确、可操作的。

Abstract:Reading ability is the features of psychology and behaviors which are demonstrated by reader during the reading.The cultivation of reading ability is of great significance not only to the individual development but also to the progress of the country.As a kind of comprehensive capability,reading ability is composed of the relevant elements,and has different levels of requirements.The evaluation index of reading ability should be the obvious and observable learning performance,which is also specific,clear and operational.
