| 摘 要： | 单位犯罪是我国刑法的独有特点,在我国刑法中占有重要地位,但其理论上仍有许多重大问题争论不休。笔者对单位犯罪的两大主体进行深入探讨,并对一些相关单位主体进行分析,得出单位犯罪主体具有复杂性的结论。
