| 摘 要： | 基于战略决策、高管团队与组织行为学的相关理论,对企业战略决策过程中最高决策者影响程序理性以及程序理性影响战略决策质量的理论模型进行了实证研究,并对决策者特征影响战略决策质量过程中程序理性的中介效应进行了检验。研究结果表明,企业最高决策者的领导经验及事业专注度对战略决策过程的程序理性有显著影响,对战略决策质量有显著影响,程序理性的中介效应也得到了验证。
