体育教师素质教育观念与行为一致性的调查与探讨

摘    要:通过对当前中小学体育教师素质教育观念与教育行为的调查和分析,针对其中存在的问题,提出当前改善我国广大教师教育观念和教育行为的几条主要措施,把观念和行为统一起来,确保素质教育观念和行为的内化,区别采用不同的措施促使观念和行为的转变:构建有利于实施素质教育的教育运行机制,发挥教师本人在师资培养中的主体作用。

Abstract:By using the method of questionnaire,the paper analyzes the present situation of PE teachers' thought and behavior of education,and analyses the connections of the thought and behavior too.In accordance with the existing problems,the paper puts forward some measures to remold the thought and behavior.They are as follows: to integrate the thought and behavior,to internalize the thought and behavior,to remold the thought and behavior by different ways;to establish operating mechanism of quality education;to bring the initiative of the teachers into full play.
