| 摘 要： | 今日中国，越来越多的有志青年投身到MBA的学习中来。MBA教育水平和质量的提升．体制改革固然重要，但是，MBA学生自身学习态度的树立和学习观念的提升也是不容忽视的关键环节。如果忽视了对最关键的“受众”的提升，那么MBA教育的改革发展和水平提升也将无从谈起。以MBA学生自身的思考为出发点．从MBA学生的角度来谈如何树立正确、科学、健康、积极的学习观，使自身的学习能够立足个人成长、胸怀组织发展、心系国家兴旺。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,more and more youths study MBA.The enhancing of attitude and concept of student is the key element of the rise of teaching level and quality of MBA.We cannot ignore the rise ofaudience.Starting from the thoughts of students,students can establish the active,right,scientific and healthy learning view and have an achievement based on self-development,help the organization and country become more prosperous. |
