| 摘 要： | 早在太平天国起义以前，人们就要向洪秀全进贡，洪秀全就开始收受礼品。起义之初，洪秀全等一再强调战胜缴获必须上交圣库。后来，不再强调，上行下效，愈演愈烈，贿赂公行，卖官鬻爵，政治腐败。史实证明，实行进贡制是太平天国终归失败的重要原因之一。
