| 摘 要： | 在分析高校体育俱乐部教学与传统体育教学差异的基础上,探讨高校网球俱乐部教学训练的特点。提出高校网球俱乐部应树立为终身体育服务的教学指导思想,以学生为中心合理组织教学,包括分组教学、因材施教、配对组队、共同进步,自我管理、以赛促学,教学内容因人而异,教学方法灵活多变,采用多维评价机制。

| Abstract: | By the aid of the comparative analysis of sports clubs' teaching and traditional PE teaching in universities and colleges,it probed into the characteristics of the teaching and training of tennis clubs in universities and colleges.Meanwhile it put forward that the tennis clubs' teaching of universities and colleges should adopt the teaching guiding thinking of serving the lifelong PE;take the students as a dominant factor to reasonably organize teaching,which includes gradation teaching,teaching students according to their aptitude,organizing a team in pair,joint progress,selfmanagement,pushing forward training with competitions,varying teaching contents with the concrete situations of students and teaching methods being agile and changeable;and adopt a multidimensional checkup mechanism. |
