| 摘 要： | 新中国建国初期,人民司法在党的群众路线指导下具有大众动员型特质,强调在司法实践中人民群众的主动参与对解决司法问题的积极意义,突出司法中的说服、教育目的.文学作为意识形态的物化载体,具有通俗易懂的形象化功能,以一种大众喜闻乐见的形式实现法律在大众中的潜移默化作用.新中国推行的人民司法和当下强调的"司法为民"是一脉相承的.
