| 摘 要： | 有效的体育教学是指有效率、有效果、有效益的教学活动.一节有效的体育课,教师应合理调节运动负荷、传授体育＂三基＂、营造愉悦氛围,让学生能做到＂汗＂、＂会＂、＂乐＂.而＂汗＂、＂会＂、＂乐＂是一个整体,相互联系、相互制约、相辅相成.
