| 摘 要： | 积极组织和引导农村劳动力转移,是推动农村经济发展,从根本上解决"三农"问题,建设和谐社会的重要举措。从分析研究农村劳动力转移的历史沿革、现状以及存在的问题入手,从而提出要加快城镇化进程,优化经济结构,调整政策制度,加强培训,提高劳动力素质。
