| 摘 要： | 以"知识付费"为代表的新兴知识服务是基于网络时空而产生的全新知识生产和分享空间,围绕知识作品使用的各种权利义务关系也都随之颠覆与重构,引发了知识服务在"思想/表达""成本/效率""围墙/自由"方面的版权矛盾与冲突.出版业等数字内容产业在知识服务转型的过程中,应当从建立和完善侵权监察制度、版权许可方式、版权合作机制和版权经营理念等方面做好相应的版权制度调适.
