| 摘 要： | 特种化学品船建造质量中有许多难点和瓶颈,其中奥氏体不锈钢焊接及质量控制是特种化学品船建造及提高产品质量的关键问题,文章分析了特种化学品船不锈钢管焊接中出现的问题,阐述了研究内容、施工关键技术、技术突破点,提出了解决这些问题的工艺措施和关键技术。

| Abstract: | There are many difficulties and bottleneck in qualities of special chemicals tanker building, and in them Austenitic stainless steel welding and its qualities control are the keys of special chemicals tanker building and improving product quality. The paper analyses the welding problems of Specialty chemical tanker stainless steel pipe, and sets forth research contents, construction technology, technology breaking, and puts forward technological measures to address these issues and key technologies. |
