| 摘 要： | 华北沦陷以后 ,日伪于 1 938年 1月 1日在河北省成立了省级傀儡政权 ,即日伪河北省公署。日伪政权积极配合日军掠夺河北省的各种经济资源 ,其中农业资源是日伪掠夺的重点。为此日伪河北省公署制定了一系列农业掠夺政策 :1 .打着“增产”的旗号进行间接掠夺 ;2 .进行公开的赤裸裸的掠夺

| Abstract: | After the north of China was captured, on January 1st ,1938,some Chinese who were supported by Japan instituted Hebei government of Japanese and puppet army.The government robbed economic resources, among which the agricultural resource was the main target.The Hebei Government of Japanese and puppet army made a series of agricultural robbing policy:1.indirect robbing under the signboard of "increasing productivity"; 2.robbing publicly. |
