| 摘 要： | 在民族地区工作的领导干部在深入基层调查研究过程中,以民族学、人类学学者的学识水平和工作态度,以领导者的辩证思维和战略眼光,嫁接田野调查法为实现调查研究目标所运用的各种手段和方法,将有利于各级领导干部调查了解一个地区民族的历史、经济、教育、文化、风俗、宗教、语言、文物等方面情况,将有利于各级领导干部在深入基层调查研究过程中开展好“知民情、暖民心”活动,更好地实现“立党为公、执政为民”的全心全意为人民服务的宗旨目标。
