企业进入第三方物流业的对策研究

摘    要:中国加入WTO后,发展现代物流巳成为环境创新的要求,越来越多的企业希望在潜力巨大的物流市场轮占一定的市场份额。本文分析了我国物流业的市场空间、行业机会和本土化优势,企业面临的技术、成本等劣势,从一个生产企业涉足第三方物流业的案例分析引出一般对策,即根据生产企业的自身优势,从实际出发,打准目标市场,制定实施策略和进入方式。

Abstract:Since China entry into WTO,modern lo gistics has been one of the key elemen ts in environmental in-novation.More and more enterprises want to have a share in this market.Chinese logistic market potentialities,trade opportunities and local advan tages as well as the inferior positio n in technology and cost are analyzed.After studying a case of a local production enterprise involving in the third -p arty logistics the paper draws a conclusion that enterprise should find target market according to its own capabilit y and advantages,draw appropriate i m-plementing strategies and mode of en try.
