| 摘 要： | 《韩非子》寓言的内容取材有引用和加工神话故事、加工改造历史故事和直接创造三个来源，几乎囊括了先秦寓言的来源渠道。从民族、时代和韩非子本人的特殊身份等方面分析取材的成因有：韩非所在的韩国是一个以农业为主的宗主制国定；所处的时代动荡不安；文化思潮百家争鸣，诸子并起。
